What browsers do you support?
  This site is best viewed with Internet Explorer (version 6 or higher), or Safari (version 1.3.2 or higher).
Why isn't the video playing?
  This video requires Windows Media Player or QuickTime Player installed to watch. If you don’t have a recent version of either of these installed, you’ll need to install one. You can download the plugin you need for free:

What do the error messages on my screen mean?
 

" JavaScript Error" - this is caused by disabling Javascript in the browser. Please enable.

"The page could not be displayed" - connection to internet may not be working. Check your connections or call your ISP.

"Codecs not installed " - using older or unsupported media player. Please download newer media player.
